• Check Air Filters

• Check Blower System

• Check the Burner System

• Check the Ducts 

A tiny whole in the ducts or gaps between them can be responsible for a squeaking noise. Tape up these holes and gaps with a good quality duct tape or foil tape. Pressure can build up in clogged ducts resulting in a very weird noise, clean them often. A wrong size duct can also make banging sounds because the air doesn't have enough space to flow properly. Open the furnace door to release all that air. 

• Check the Loose Parts

Turn off the power supply before you try to touch the whole system. Your furnace can make vibrating or rattling sounds because of the loose parts. You may not be able to identify easily. Try fixing duct parts with more screws. If you happen to find loose screws, tighten them. Use duct tapes for gaps. 

• Check the Capacitor

Collapsed blower motor makes scraping and thudding sounds. Overheating can be the reason behind this collapse. Turn off the furnace in this case and make sure you check the temperature of capacitors from time to time.
