All of these you can easily repair by replacing them or tightening the valves. Before performing any simple or complex plumbing make sure to turn off the water flow, it is not just a precautionary measure but it will also make your work a lot easier.

Leaks in such taps usually occur from the water spout or from their handle, taps can be single-handled or double-handle. In case of a single handle tap, you need to first remove the handle and then remove the mechanism. You will either have to replace the seal or change the entire mechanism. Having a repair kit by your side will save you a lot of time.

  • Leaking Toilet seat:

You might find that water is leaking from around the lower body of your toilet seat, this can be happening due to a shift in the seat which in turn cracks the wax seal and causes the water to seep out from underneath. But don't you worry, this problem can be fixed by simply twisting the seat back into its position. To fix this problem, sit on the toilet and twist it back into position. If the leaking continues then there is a chance you might have to change the wax ring.
